The New Deli

VENICE, CA

New Deli is the revisioning of a vacated market within steps of the Venice Boardwalk. The structure was opened up to allow for views through the building from the sidewalk to the expansive 1,100 square foot back deck. Overall, the draw from concrete to entry through the building and into the rear is what ties the commercial exterior and interior tenant improvement project together.
