Highland Condo's

Collaborating with the design architect Electric Bowery, Highland Condos is a project where Breakform Design was hired to strategize and coordinate with a consultant team on value engineering a project to meet the real estate developer’s budget. Working on the construction as well, Breakform’s integrated process aided the project in remaining viable and ultimately being built.
