30th Residence

Located on a walk street in Venice Beach, Breakform Design focused the design of this home on natural light and ocean breezes. It is recessed from grade to allow for a second floor primary bedroom & guest rooms to be slightly elevated to bring in more light & air, while providing privacy from tourists and pedestrians.

 

The first floor has a granny suite where guests have a place to unwind. The living spaces are elevated to the 3rd floor to bring in the most light and air with views to the beach. The open living is connected to an expansive rooftop deck for entertaining and views of the Pacific Ocean and Hollywood Hills.
