Breakform Design’s commercial portfolio ranges from restaurants Chop Daddy in Culver City and Dakota Lounge and Hinterland in Santa Monica, to fabricating the façade for OMA’s Prada Epicenter Los Angeles. Since 2017, we have worked with Urban Golf Performance on designing 5+ locations and expanding.

Working at the intersection of architecture and fabrication, Breakform Design likes to envision commercial spaces that have bold architectural elements, which in turn maximize attention and create a unique visitor experience and destination.

 

Focusing on aesthetic and details as well as function and maintenance, our experience largely consists of interiors and TI (tenant improvements) varying in scope and budget with the capacity to lead full building transformations.
