Set for completion by the end of 2023, Breakform Design’s idea for Palms Residence comes to life in West Los Angeles. The design plays on natural finish materials and angles while maximizing the allowable setbacks and building height set forth by Los Angeles’ zoning code. The client, a developer who intends to sell the property, commissioned Breakform Design to lead the architecture and interior design to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience on an infill lot.
