Breakform Design received unanimous approval for a residential development in Venice Beach. An 8-unit condo building with three units for very low-income tenants, effectively tackles the area's affordable housing needs while showcasing a community-oriented and higher-density design approach. This project sets the stage for making quality, well-designed housing more accessible.
