Urban Golf Performance is a tenant improvement project that transforms existing commercial spaces into high-performance golf training environments. Breakform Design serves as the architect, interior designer, and permitting team for UGP, delivering a fully integrated solution across all of their locations throughout the United States.

The scope focuses on re-configuring interior layouts to support UGP’s operational needs, including simulator bays, training zones, and client-facing areas, while maintaining an efficient and intuitive flow throughout each space. Interior finishes are carefully selected to balance durability, performance, and a refined aesthetic aligned with the brand.

Exterior finish enhancements are implemented as needed to elevate street presence and establish a cohesive identity across locations. The result is a consistent, purpose-built environment that supports both high-level training and an elevated client experience.
